Towards the end of last year CIMA and AICPA commissioned a survey of 300 C-level executives from organisations in 16 countries around the world to explore the effectiveness of decision making processes in today’s ever changing world. The joining the dots report is the outcome of this survey and it shows how more can be achieved through integrated thinking – cutting through silos to connect relevant people and information from across the organisation.
This short morning seminar will give you the opportunity to hear about the key results of the survey first-hand. Critically, you will hear of the recommendations contained in the report for both processes and tools as well as changes required to behaviours, culture and leadership styles. You will also hear from senior financial experts who will offer their perspectives of the report and how this report fits with their decision making experiences.
