The Regional Boards serve as a key conduit between the key stakeholders in the global regions and the Management Accounting Board of the Association. They provide perspective on the development of the Association’s strategic plan, the local marketplace and understanding of emerging issues in the region.
The Regional Board comprises 11 people of which three CGMAs are elected by the regions. Members who are successful in the election, will be serve a term of 1 year, the term of office for the position commencing on 1 July 2017 and concluding on 30 June 2018. Members may be able to serve two further terms of one year each subject to re-election.
