Across the UK, CIMA has groups of volunteers who organise a range of activities, to support members and students where they work and live. These activities provide a valuable forum for members and students to help plan their future. For many members and students the local network is the main point of contact with CIMA.
We’re always looking for new committee members who can offer their knowledge, expertise and contacts to organise events.

CIMA is proud to be working with Inspiring the Future, a free service run by UK charity ‘Education and Employers’. The aim is to give young people an insight into as many careers as possible, by connecting schools and colleges with employers and people who are passionate about their work. Volunteers from every profession pledge just one hour a year to attend a local school or college and talk informally to students about their job and career path.Find out more
CIMA regularly attends job fairs, university and college events throughout the year across the UK. This provides a great opportunity to engage with prospective students on a one-to-one basis or in groups to talk about the benefits of the CIMA qualification and a career in business.
